While at the beach this week, I read the book Younger You, by Dr. Braverman, M.D., and agree with him that by changing your lifestyle with life coaching: you are choosing longevity while feeling younger.
Some of the things that cause us to age are: poor working conditions, alcoholism, addictions, depression, lack of sleep, lack of social activities, nicotine, poor diet, retirement, and sedentary lifestyle — all of which are within our control.
