Depression
People use the term “depression” to describe many feelings. Some are suffering from stressful conditions that leave them feeling helpless. Some are grieving a loss. Some are reacting to situations beyond their control. Some are recovering from surgery or an illness. These are different than suffering from major depressive disorder which is a medical condition. I have the knowledge, skills and tools to help you identify which you have and to help you to relieve the heaviness of depression. Help is just a phone call away.
Anxiety and Panic Attacks
Anxiety and panic attacks are self-perpetuating conditions that need prompt, effective intervention. These conditions affect not only the person suffering from them, but those around them. The feeling that things are out of control, the constant worry, the fear that disaster is about to strike saps your strength and energy, preventing you from living life to the fullest. I can help you learn to manage your anxieties while we identify their source and help you recover your emotional balance. A phone call is the first step.
Addictive Behaviors
Addictive behaviors are very common in our culture. We overeat, overspend, overstimulate ourselves in many ways. We are filling an empty space inside. Self sabotage fuels the addiction. Breaking free of addictive behaviors such as overeating, on is tough. Uncovering and understanding the triggers that led you to become addicted gives you the knowledge, tools and power to prevent you from sliding back ward. I have had great success helping people to resolve their inner conflicts and overcome their addictive behaviors with my innovative approach.
