Dr. Flemmer is a Certified Play therapist who can help reduce your child’s anxiety, frustration, anger or feelings of depression, and improve his or her focus in school. A happy child makes a happier parent.

Children today are growing up in a stressful world. Peer pressure, drugs, getting into the right college, dating, social groups, learning disorders, divorce–these and more can them to “act out” or behave in ways that are not in their best interests, and could be self-damaging.

Dr. Flemmer’s book, The Spirituality of Play, explores the relationship between play therapy and spiritual development. Discussions focus on why it is essential for educators, parents, counselors, play therapists, religious advisors, and psychologists to incite both play therapy and spirituality in order to enhance child development. Dr. Flemmer has also published in journals such as Psychological Reports, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, and Behavior, and Biological Psychiatry.
