About Dr. Jean Pollack, PhD.

As a psychologist for the past 20 years, I have become aware of the true meaning of psychology and the need to touch a person’s life purpose (soul) so that healing can occur.

My Services include: Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Children Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Trauma Processing, TFT (Thought Field Therapy), Anxiety and Panic Attacks Therapy, Anger Management, Depression Therapy, Addictive Behaviors Therapy, Life Coaching, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Parenting, Relationship-Marriage, Self Esteem-Growth, and Women’s Issues.

By using traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapies, I add a mind-body-spirit approach, which is a result of many years of additional training in mind body types of therapies; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Thought Field therapy (TFT) Eriksonian Hypnosis; and Mindful Psychology. I have incorporated and developed these modalities into an innovative Seven Step Program  for coaching or therapy. My program offers you an opportunity to move quickly through your problems.

I blend modern medicine with a time-honored perspective of mind-body-spirit wholeness, traditional healing, and complementary alternative modalities. This offers you a comprehensive personalized approach to your particular problem.

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, including powerful EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we will uncover long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
